Truly Distinguishing Golf
The Gallery features two highly accliamed courses offering members the finest in desert golf. The exceptionally maintained courses are set in a lush and natural desert environment and highly enjoyable for all skill levels. Both the North and South Courses have hosted a PGA Tour event, with Henrik Stenson and Tiger Woods claiming the 2007 and 2008 Accenture World Match Play Championships, respectively.
Designed by John Fought and British Open Champion Tom Lehman, The Gallery North Course is ranked "Among the Best in Arizona" by Golf Digest and is acknowledged as one of Golfweek magazine's "Top 100 Modern Courses." The North Course plays through two boxed canyons, presenting long views and dramatic elevation changes. Welcoming, wide fairways are offset by strategically-positioned bunkers to balance assertion and aggression.
The South Course, also designed by Fought, pays homage to the legendary Pinehurst #2. The course boats lush, undulating greens with challenging runoffs which require a deft short game and precise putting.
Only a very few private clubs in the world can boast two courses of such distinction ~ yet both courses are notably recongnized for their playability and daily allure. For real test, step back to the Gold tees on the North Course, where you can wind your down the Tortolita Mountains to the clubhouse on hole #9, which measures a mere 725 yards!
