How It Works
By referring someone, there are opportunities for you and your spouse/significant other to join Icon Golf on any of our upcoming exquisite vacations. That’s right, YOU get to choose! Rather put some cash in pocket? Well, that’s an option too.
For each referral that joins, you earn 10% of the current initiation fee ($20,000) in Travel Dollars to be used on the icon Quest of your choice. So, sell a membership, earn $2,000! Travel Dollars do not expire and you do not have to cover the full cost of a Quest to attend; in other words, you may apply earned Travel Credits towards the cost of a Quest and pay the difference out of pocket. As a bonus, if you should get four referrals closed in the same calendar year, your Travel Dollars will be DOUBLED. That’s right, sell four memberships equivalent to $8,000 in Travel Dollars and it gets DOUBLED to $16,000!!!
If cash is more your thing, you may redeem all Travel Dollars for cash at 50% of the value. For example, you have earned $4,000 in Travel Dollars, you may request payment via payroll in the amount of $2,000 (taxable). Simply email Jeff Goodsell to make this request.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Must be an Escalante Employee to participate
- Leads do not have to be closed by you, rather simply forwarded to a member of our team
- Closed sales must be documented through the Iconic Incentives form fill
- Must be currently employed to attend an Icon Quest
- Should an employee with earned Travel Dollars resign or be terminated, they will automatically cashed out on their last day of employment
